Swap

The customer can exchange the order within 14 days after receiving it. In case of an exchange, we will send the exchange item(s) free of charge. The customer will be notified as soon as the new item is shipped. The package will be sent to the address provided with the original order. The return costs are for the customer, A standard 35% of the item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Once your return package is received, it will take up to 3 days to process the exchange.

Exchanging is quick and easy by following these steps:

Step 1: Request your exchange in our contact form.

Step 2: Open your email and click on the link to view your return instructions.

Step 3: Hand over the package to the sender.

Place the packing slip in the box together with the items you are returning and hand over the package.

If you would like to exchange sooner, we advise you to place a new order and return the original order for a refund.
